ABOUT ME

I'm a graphic designer, working in Portland, OR.

I have a nerdy addiction to snowboarding...and boardsports in general. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I've grown up surfing, skating, and snowboarding all over...I wouldn't say I'm great at it, but it's what I enjoy.

I love traveling, but I rarely have the time, and/or money to do so. I also love networking with people, hooking people up with jobs, places to stay, etc.

I did a bit of CS'ing in London; it was amazing!

I'm in a temporary living situation: I will have a plush couch for the masses in February.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It was wonderful! I was welcomed in to everyone's home, taken care of, and I made a few friends along the way.

a. Flew over Double Glacier in Alaska; the most beautiful scenery I've ever seen!

b. Otavalo, Ecuador; I've been told it's the largest open market in the world. Stuff everywhere, people everywhere, sights and smells around every corner...cows standing on the sides of mountains.

c. Chinatown: San Francisco, California; The markets are ridiculous, some of the best and worst smells right next to each other...sounds weird, but it's amazing.

d. ?, Idaho: Spent a week in the mountains driving 4-wheelers, shooting guns, and sleeping...best week of my life!
