About Me

CURRENT MISSION

A bonza adventure, overland from Korea to Ireland via Africa then to North & South America en route to infinity and beyond!

ABOUT ME

We got married in August 2005 then a week later found ourselves teaching English at a Russian school in Mongolia. Having survived the most brutal winter we will ever know, moved to Korea for another teaching stint. A few years ago we completed our bonza adventure - 40 something countries, 6 continents, 3 weddings and a bunch of fun. Quite a honeymoon!
Now settling into "normal life", living and working on the beautiful North Coast of NSW with our gorgeous little daughters! Our adventures continue!

PHILOSOPHY

Do it, whatever it is.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Having family and friends from Switzerland to Santiago we have had wonderful experiences traveling and hosting all over the world.

In 2004 a couple of American university students stayed for a few nights in the small, Australian outback town of 30 where we used to live. One night they were woken by a misplaced joey (baby kangaroo) bounding around the house which became the highlight of their trip.
