I love dancing the lindy hop, shag and blues. I lead and follow, teach and DJ at events; a regular at Herrang!

If you aren't a dancer that sentence probably didn't make much sense, but don't worry there is more to me than that. I've been a computer geek for a while now and was working in Switzerland in 2017 after graduating from uni in Wales (Wales > Switzerland if you're curious). Now I have decided to finally do some travelling in 2018, so I quit my job and will be in America and then Sweden then maybe Asia if I haven't ran out of money.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will be travelling around the USA starting March 2018 visiting friends that I have met at various dance events and through online groups.

Unfortunately I don't know a dancer in every city in the US, and I have a lot of non-dancing american focused hobbies I want to take part in such as, ice hockey (Massive Red Wings fan!), classic muscle cars, shooting and knife making.

So hopefully on my trip I can get to meet some more amazing people to share these hobbies with along the way!I've been dancing for several years now and I have helped run dance communities in Wales and Switzerland,

Music is the big one for me. These days I mostly listen to traditional jazz and swing, although I have grown up on a variety of genres. So from chill to downright heavy:
