Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've grown up in South East England and whilst I have travelled around the world, my experiences have always felt unauthentic and touristy; hopefully using this platform I am able to engage with the world differently.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC - Music is my life. I can listen to anything from Swedish Metal to Thelonious Monk. I play sax and piano so I would say my favourite music is jazz; especially Michael Brecker and Ronnie Cuber, as well as Monk. I love movies too, so soundtracks are always acceptable.

MOVIES - Honestly, I could watch absolutely anything. I adore movies and could easily watch them all day.

BOOKS - I enjoy reading, at school I've always been swamped by having to read information but I love the writings of Jack Kerouac and any Beat Generation authors.
