Hello, I'm Owen. I love traveling, but I am not as adventurous as many people on here! I like running, cycling and swimming. I read a lot and always take a heavy book on my travels. I love trying local food, especially pastries. My favourites are France, Spain and Portugal.

Rock music, with favourites being REM and Green Day.

I studied philosophy at university and I still read a fair amount. Descartes, Hume and Russell are my favourites. I read a lot of fiction. The last novel I read during travels was The Name of the Rose in Thailand. I like to read random hostel books that have sat on shelves for years.

I run ultramarathons and I ran (or walked) the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc in 2013.
