CURRENT MISSION

My mission is to change the world one life at a time. This means I have to become less of myself and more of the change I need to see in others. I want to inspire others to great things as well as to show compassion and help others in any way that I can.

ABOUT ME

I'm very easy going but I also have strong beliefs. Yet, I'm also a compassionate person and do what I can for others. I am a personal trainer and have been into martial arts for many years.

PHILOSOPHY

I serve Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, so I always try to think less of myself and more of how to love others. With this in mind, I continue trying to build my faith, wisdom, and well-roundedness as a person. There will always be more mountains to climb! I believe it is necessary to run the race with perseverance and indomitable spirit.

Interests

I love hiking, bicycling, most forms of exercise...I also enjoy hanging out with a few friends and checking out cool places with them. Anime conventions are a favorite way to spend a weekend!

I'd say being able to do one hand pushups is a pretty neat trick.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love deep meaningful conversations about life, spirituality, social issues, martial arts, and so forth. I always find that these are great ways to both teach and learn! I also enjoy hiking, bicycling, working out at a park or nature trail, and the occasional jog alone, as they provide a great way to "recharge" and be at one with nature. These moments are necessary for an introvert like myself, but I also enjoy sharing these moments with a training partner. They provide teachable moments where we can inspire each other without even having to say a word. I always love learning new exercises and new ways of thinking about things.
