Postgraduate student studying marine molecular immunology. My university is 5 minutes on foot from Shinagawa station while my apartment is located in Yashio. If you ride the bus from Shinagawa Station (No. 91), it will take 23 minutes for you to reach Yashio Kita, the closest bus stop to our apartment. Via train, closest stations are Shinagawa Seaside (Rinkai Line) and Oikeibajomae (Tokyo Monorail), then a 10-minute walk. I share the apartment with 2 other schoolmates, one Chinese and Malaysian, but we have our own separate, spacious rooms.

I love traveling, and I know it entails a whole bunch of money spent on accommodation. It would be nice to help fellow couchsurfers enjoy Tokyo without breaking the bank. Also, it would be nice to meet new people around the world.
