2005 First snorkeling in the Indian Ocean
2006 Saw the corpse flower (Amorphophallus titanum) in bloom in Seattle; walked to the current lava flow and swam with
turtles in Hawaii
; hitched a plane from San Francisco to Chico to visit my violet friend...
