My life experience has shown that I can easily find a common language with a person of any gender, nation, religion, lifestyle and sexual orientation. I have lived too long on scientific expeditions in the jungle, and in other periods of my life I have worked for contrasting organizations, ranging from the Department of Children's Rights to the position of a special agent who searches for homeless children in the slums of a big city in order to help them get an education and avoid starvation; ending with high positions in the Ministry of Education Administration.Therefore, not in theory, but in practice, I feel comfortable with a person of any stratum of society, lifestyle, mentality. My personality is multifaceted. Empathy is very well developed. I'm not asking you to take my word for it. I invite you to verify the veracity of my words in the process of personal communication with me. I can say with a 100% guarantee only one thing: I am beneficial for every person on our planet for various reasons.
I officially live in Hollywood, California, USA. But I only accept guests in my own apartment in the Bulgarian resort of Sunny Beach in our aparthotel Grand Kamelia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For 31 years I have traveled with my family to 50 countries, more than 1000 cities, townships. I have 4 round-the-world trips on my account. The children have grown up. I am single. Now I have the opportunity to live for myself, travel alone, make new friends. The popularity of couchsurfing is growing, so I'm here for a new experience and a new style of travel. My children and grandchildren have the gene for more than 20 nations, so I avoid dealing with racists. I respect all religions. I have a hobby of learning from each person the elements of wisdom and everything what is not in my character.
People say that meeting with me changed their life for the better and gave them new opportunities and options for seeing the world. I consider myself a unique person, like every person on our planet. I love people who bring loving kindness to the world. I am also a thoughtful enough person to stay away from life's risks. I am a child of nature. For many years I have lived and periodically worked under contract on scientific expeditions in the Jungles of some islands. I love animals, but I'm allergic to animal hair, so my childhood dream of having pets(shepherd dog) never came true. What I Can Share with Hosts

In my own apartment, there is only a bed in a common room without the use of the kitchen, toilet and shower. There are free toilets on the ground floor of my apartment hotel 24 hours a day. Free use of a sun lounger, two pools with jacuzzis, showers by the pool, tennis court.
I do not expect a guest to mop the floor or do other maintenance work in my home. My level of hospitality does not involve turning a guest into a housekeeper. The high quality of my hospitality style lies in the fact that my guest gets a comfortable feelings and emotions, because the frequent flights of a real traveler are tiring and she/he needs a rest. I consider it important to explain to the hosts who offer me to become their guest: I am a guest, not a housekeeper. Please do not send me a request to be your guest if your goal is to see me cleaning the floor in your room. I only accept offers of hospitality from hosts whose style of hospitality is identical to my style of hospitality described by me above, and whose main goal is to mutually exchange valuable travel knowledge with me.
When I am not in Bulgaria, the guest at the reception takes and returns the key of my apartment (in the terms pre-set by mutual agreement with me).
