Hello World. My name is (Kevin) Oxendine. I like to make new friends and travel. I will be in the air or on the road for the next few months, so I am revisiting CouchSurfing . This is the part where I hash out my principles and philosophy of life, but that's a lot of pressure. So I'm just going to go have a sandwich instead.

Musica, film e libri

I have a wide taste in music. Waylon Jennings to Wu - Tang and even other things that dont start with W. I mostly listen to Punk, Metal, Country, Folk, Hip-Hop. I am under the impression that all genres have their merits. Here's a link to my Bandcamp profile for a little more detail:

Movies? Thats a lot harder to nail down. I guess some of the recent ones I have felt passionate about are Gimme Danger, Halloween III, Kubo and the Two Strings, Witch, Hunt for the Wilderpeople, The Death of Stalin...

Books? I aint the best reader. I recently read Foxfire 2 and found a copy of The Medium is the Massage. I love comic books and graphic novels, its the best blend of art and narrative while holding my short attention span. Some recent favorites are Dark Corridor and Battling Boy. Big fan of weirdo art mags like Heavy Metal and Pork magazine.

I stay keen on the news, I have a toe in technology, the other nine in just trying to enjoy myself. I am not probably the best source of education, but I guess we will see.
