ABOUT ME

The best way you can find out what I'm like is to just meet me! I am a Primary school teacher living in the big city of London. I enjoy playing/making music, rock climbing, hiking along with a lot of other things - I try to do and find new things constantly!

I think I'm pretty open-minded and I like new experiences of any kind, travel is a great way for me to achieve this.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life in the moment and give myself as many new experiences as possible!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well I'd like to make anyone who came to visit London or Jersey feel as welcome as possible and show them the best of this great city or beautiful island. There's a lot of great things to do and a lot of nice people to meet!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I CouchSurfed when hitch-hiking around Brittany with my friend playing our instruments. We had an awesome time partying, meeting new people and playing music!

I CouchSurfed around Thailand with my girlfriend and met some of the friendliest people along the way.

In Argentina I met some great people through couch-surfing. First day on the continent ended up running around Buenos Aires trying to follow a flour trail while downing beers at checkpoints!

兴趣

I love listening to and making music!
I play guitar, Ukulele and sing.

I enjoy most sports but those that I do most is skateboarding, slacklining, climbing and kiteboarding.

I like spending time outside and love hiking and camping through new and exciting places and cycling.

Movies: Into The Wild, Garden State, Muppet Treasure Island, Superbad, Mean Girls... many different films

Music: I like reggae, punk, ska, folk, rock, acoustic and a lot of other genres. There's too many artists for me to start listing..

Books: I rarely get enough time to read but Shantaram, The Lovely Bones, A Short History of Nearly Everything and The Prince of Tides spring to mind as brilliant books. And of course Harry Potter.

I can't necessarily teach it but I can definitely share music with anyone! I like messing around with most instruments. I also love introducing people to the sport of slacklining - it is great for anybody and everybody!

I see CouchSurfing as a perfect way to get to grips with a new language if you are surfing somewhere that speaks a different language and I would like to learn more about other languages.
