About Me

ABOUT ME
I have two big passions in my life, music and people. Both are combined in my own NGO, the Love Foundation. In a nutshell we are a global community that organises events in order to fundraise money for social projects. Most of these events are parties but also arts exhibitions, movie nights or sport events. We are active in 9 cities world wide and I am managing our network of 450 volunteers. Best have a look at www.love-foundation.org if you are curious. Next to that I have a drink business called selo, where we make a uplifting drink from the parts of the coffee cherry that are nor used in coffee production. If is stay at your place, I will happily bring a bottle along for tasting ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: 1984 + Brave New World (everybody involved with politics should be obliged to read these two)
Fever Pitch (if you ever wanted to understand what football fans really feel read this book)
Catch 22 (just a wonderful collection of randomness)

Movies:
Into the Wild ( for the amazing cinematography)
V for Vendetta ( if you are too lazy to read 1984 at least watch this movie)
Lammbock ( the movie of my childhood)

Music: too many to even start mentioning...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Too many stories but here are some of my favorites:

Hitchhiking 900km from southern Mozambique to Malawi

Puking in the Victoria Falls after a good night out in Zambia.

Doing the Ho-Chi-Min trail on a motor-cross bikes and constantly switching between satisfaction and frustartion...

Countries I’ve Lived In

Australia, Germany, Netherlands, South Africa
