About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to keep the path open, two way street and all....
ABOUT ME
Always open to new experiences in life, weather it is being an EMT, house painter, pie baker, elder caregiver, midwifery, traveler, learning to play guitar or what ever else comes along.
Interests
My interests are many and have changed over the years of course. The gift of my children, becoming a mother, watching them grow and learn, learning from them still to this day, this was and is one awesome attention grabber! Learning to be a high quality house painter fulfilled some part of me over the years. Going to school in my 40's to become a home birth midwife totally terrified me yet nourished my soul. Being a pie baker out of my home and working with wonderful women for 8 years was totally satisfying and fun. Becoming an EMT-B at 50 has been a blast! (Not to be morbid), but i really like working on a small town ambulance, learning more about the body, caring for people, getting to see and know deeper into a community. Life, death and everything in between!
I love music, love watching people make music, love dancing, love any kind of art. I am learning to play the guitar and have actually sat with people playing music together and it makes me nervous and smile a lot.
Mother nature awakens and comforts me.
Pushing my self into areas that i have not previously felt comfortable helps me feel more a part of this great big thing called life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The first thing that comes to mind when thinking of awestruck moments was the first time I drove into Tijuana, Mexico. The second thought is the memory of the amazing openness and giving of the people I met there. The birth of my children, the births of others children. Magnificent views all around the country like the Grand Canyon and ancient dwellings, such as Mesa Verde. Hard working people. Creative people. Watching a spider drink water from a small stream of water out of a faucet. Witnessing the passing of spirit from it's physical body. I am in Awe quite often. :)
