ABOUT ME

Hi, I come from Taiwan, this is the first time I come to America, I go to Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College for being the exchange student for 9 months. I am English and Education major, and would like to teach English as second language in the future.^^ I like to travel around, meet new people, and eager to know different culture. I like to explore new things in daily life, it makes me love my life so much!

PHILOSOPHY

I feel I am living because of the changes among different stages of myself. For me, life is wonderful, especially when I love my life, love what I am doing, love the people around me. I like to do volunteer works, it helps me to expend the view of the value, explore myself, and know more of myself.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I knew CouchSurfing until one of my friend told me this good community. I appreciated a lot, since this is a community full of people who comes from different countries! It's really interesting! My friend had good experience in CouchSurfing, and also met good people through her CouchSurfing travel in America. ^^ And now I would like to participate more and know more about CouchSurfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I don't have any CouchSurfing experience before, but I know I am going to have a wonderful CouchSurfing in the coming long break after finishing the exchange student program in Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College.

Interests

I am interested in knowing different culture, I enjoy listening to people's life experiences, and also I like to share my life experiences and spread Taiwanese culture to every corner of the world. :-) Also, I like to draw, listen to the music, read, help people to do volunteer works, search good places to visit in the world. :D

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to any kind of the music, my favorite singer is Jason Mraz, he made many good songs and I enjoy listen to his songs everytime.
I also like to see the movies. I like to see the movie which is hilarious, and also meaningful. My favorite movie is "The Holiday", I wish I can travel like the characters in the movie in the future, that would be an awesome experience!
I enjoy reading Harry Potter, the series of novel brought me lots of surprising reading experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn how to travel by myself. Including how to make a travel plan, manage the time and money well, and know how to interact with people. I truly believe these experiences are helpful in my life experiences. And I am ready to learn more and explore more from CouchSurfing !
