About Me
Hello! I will be studying for a Master's degree in International Affairs in Berlin in 2021 and am using this crazy time to do some traveling as my business has become remote! I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in Moldova and worked on environmental and at risk youth projects, but I fell in love with living abroad and meeting local people wherever I go. I am constantly working on improving myself, and thus have created a YouTube channel to document my adventure so far: https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCG0IrWcAWOyrvZhyv4lXQPw
I'm always looking for deeper connections and interesting experiences with people from around the world!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on Couchsurfing because I enjoy travelling, and I love meeting new people from different cultures. I find it more fun to talk with local people and learn about local traditions rather than being caught in tourist traps or taking pictures only at the main tourist attractions. When I travel, I like to see how people really live, rather than get a perspective from a tourist bubble.
Interests
I enjoy learning new languages, playing soccer (futbol), reading nonfiction, and exploring new places. I love seeing how normal people around the world live (I dislike bubble tourism), and that's one reason why I'm here on couchsurfing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I joined the Peace Corps this year, and I am stationed in Moldova. I teach English, help youth develop new skills, and I am trying to write project to improve ecology in Moldova! It is my first time being away from home for such a long time (2 years), but so far it has been a crazy adventure; every day I learn something new, and see interesting, strange, and fun events and occurrences.
