Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I live in a student's dormitory in a flat-share with four other really open-minded and great guys. We can offer you a place in our "cozy cave" or on a sofa. Most of the times I'm quite busy but I will definitely try to show you around munich.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed and hosted now a couple of times. It was always a great experience, so I would like to keep that going, as long as i still have time to do such things :).

I also like to play music myself, i play guitar, bass and recently I have been doing quite a lot of electronic stuff using Ableton Live, hardware synthesizers and drum machines, etc.
I'm always interested in getting to know new things, so if you have any tips on books, movies, etc. don't hesitate to tell me :).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been living in a chinese boarding school in Hangzhou for 4 months. I learned a lot about chinese language, art, geography and the old chinese culture. Although it was sometimes quite hard, it was one experience i wouldn't want to miss. In the end of my stay I made a trip through whole China and visited Shanghai, Bejing, Xian and Tibet!
Another experience that really made me into the person i am now, was living for three years in an inclusive flat-share where four students and five mentally disabled people lived together. I still think of these people as my second family :).
I spent more than ten thousand kilometers hitchhiking. Everytime I did it, it was a great experience, i talked to fascinating, interesting people, to who I might not have been talking to if we met in the bus or in a cafe.
One of my most thrilling experiences was spending 12 hours in the maze of catacombs 20 meters below Paris, crawling over real bones through dust and mud until we got out of a gully in the middle of a sidewalk next morning at 8 o clock (in the midst of all the busy business people :D).
AMAZING THINGS I STILL WANT TO DO:
- see the amazon & rainforests
- see the galapagos island
- sleep in a sequoia tree
- see northern lights
- hike the GR20 on Corsica
- do canoe tours in Sweden; in Masuria, Poland; at the Dordogne, France; canoe down the danube to the black sea
- try paragliding
- cities to visit: Salamanca, Rome, Ljubljana, Rotterdam
- countries to visit: Mongolia, Canada, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Colombia, La Gomera, Turkey, Japan
Teach, Learn, Share
THINGS I WANT TO LEARN:
- to fish
- to do a handstand
- to speak spanish
- to repair my bike ^^
