Hello to all!

My name is Pablo, I'm an 19 year old student from Cali Colombia and I live in Hamburg, Germany.

I am a very relaxed person, music is my life, I have to have my music with me 24/7, I love mostly techno music. Some of my favorite Dj's are Richie Hawtin, dubfire, Marc Houle, Carl cox, Butane, maceo plex, and lots lots more.

I love hanging out with my friends, friends are one of the most important things in my life, they are like family to me.

I am a very outgoing person, I love to make new friends and to share experiences with the people I meet. Every time I go to an underground music event from any of these artists mentioned before, I end up making more than 5 friends every time, sharing stories, laughing and sharing great energy, and good vibes!

I am not shy, I am very respectful to all people, I enjoy the cultural diversity in this beautiful world we live in. I love having friends from all over the world.

While I was growing up I had the opportunity of living in the United States, in guilford Connecticut for 6 years, I have gone through so many different schools. Around 10 or 11 to be exact so my life has been full of changes and of new experiences since I was a little boy, and my social skills have been fully developed so making friends for me has been very easy everywhere I go.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I am here on couchsurfing because, up until now I have done all of my traveling with my father mostly, so I have had sponsoring on all of my travels.

Now that I am by my self here in Germany, I have to take care of my self, have my own expenses, and do everything I have in mind for myself because I am now a free soul who is in love with traveling and meeting new places and people.

And in order to do this on a very small budget like mine, I can no longer pay for five star hotels or fancy expensive restaurants. But I guess this is the whole point of couchsurfing, helping out those who do not have such large budgets.

兴趣

I am a very outgoing and energetic person, I like to party a lot, in Colombia I would go to parties every weekend, mostly underground music, techno and minimal clubs. A lot of international artists were brought almost once a month so these parties would be even bigger than the Normal ones every other weekend.

I also love to hang out, chill with my friends, share stories, take walks with special friends, and I very much enjoy sitting around a campfire with my friends and have a couple of drinks while we talk about our memories and our experiences with each other or on our own.

I would LOVE, how to learn to be a Dj, I even downloaded Fl studio 11 to try and figure out everything by myself but it has been very difficult and I did not want to take classes in Colombia due to the fact that they focus more on other styles of Dj's that are not of my own interest such as techno . s one of my main passions other than music, driving is like the only time where I can be myself without having to ask anyone else for their approval, driving is like a state of mind for me, I feel alone, I feel in control, I feel like everything that is around me while I am driving is up to me and only me. I would love to compete in the rally Dakar that has been taking place in South America The last couple of years. I am very interested in off-road driving and i myself have participated in off-road activities.

My main interests now a days while I am here on Germany are to go to as many clubs as I can to meet many new artists, and to travel and meet new places while I am here, I would love to see al of the historical places around Europe as well due to the fact that I am a very big fan of history as one of my favorite subjects during school.
Also I am planning on studying architecture so I would like to see the different types of architecture around Europe to get a bigger outlook on the different types and well it is always better to have a broader point of view.

音乐、电影和书籍

As I have said before techno music is basically my life, I listen to techno 24/7, and I love really listening to the music and enjoying its beat and its truthful meaning, it creates peace in my mind and at the same time I can party and dance to it all day. Freestyle dancing is one of the best things in life for me. As well as producing music, which is one of the main reasons I have come to Germany, being Berlin one of the centers of techno music. :)

I don't really like watching TV or movies but I enjoy racing and action movies like fast and furious, the transporter, need for speed, etc.
As for books I am also not a good reader but I have read a series of books from ken follet that tell the stories from the point of view from different families during the first and the Second World War. That also being one of my main interests beacause I love the fact that even though after being almost completely destroyed twice, Europe has had the ability to completely reconstruct itself and still remain as one of the most powerful and important sectors of the world.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I guess that I have not done one amazing thing specifically, because I believe that everything that I have done in my life is amazing, I appreciate every moment, evrery little thing or detail that becomes a part of my life, is what makes me grow and become a very complete person, I am very happy with my self, and I am glad I have had the opportunity to live in different countries and the opportunity of being in so many different schools, because from every new experience I would Learn something new, and this would give me a broader perspective about life, about cultures and about human behavior and social interaction.

So for me I guess one amazing thing I have done in my life is to live my life the way I have done it in these very short 18 years, and I am very thankful and very happy for that.

I love to teach people about music, I love explaining the different types of electronic music because for many people electronic music is all the same, they cannot tell the difference and for me, it is very important for everyone to be able to recognize and to differentiate all of the different genres and styles of music.

I love to share al of my life experiences with people, all the way from the good ones to the bad ones, because I fee that every story I tell is a way for other people to learn from my achievements and my failures.

I like to learn about people's behavior and different cultures and how they survive their normal day to day life, because we are al humans we are al the same but, different in so many was that I just think that this is truly amazing.
