🇪🇸Soy biotecnólogo de formación pero me considero biólogo. Renuncié a mi trabajo de investigador para recorrer Latinoamérica con mi pareja. Creo que Latinoamérica tiene una riqueza cultural y natural impresionante. Estoy en este viaje para encontrarme con esa riqueza, con su gente, sus saberes, sus sabores, sus alegrías y sus miedos. Quiero vivir en carne propia lo que significa ser americano y compartir nuestras diferencias culturales que hacen tan entretenida nuestra convivencia en el vecindario.

🇬🇧I'm a biotechnologist but I consider myself as a biologist. I quit my job as a researcher to travel Latinoamerica with my girlfriend. I think that Latinoamerica has an outstanding cultural richness and natural beauty that is usually underrated. I'm on this journey to live this richness, to meet its people, its knowledge, its cuisine, its dreams and fears. I want to live on my own skin what being an American truly is and share our cultural differences that make our neighborhood so interesting.

🇪🇸 Viajé por parte de Latinoamérica con mi pareja para involucrarnos de manera más cercana con sus habitantes. Couchsurfing ha sido una herramienta sumamente útil para este propósito! Nos ha permitido compartir y conocer a la gente de una manera más profunda. Además, es una excelente forma de viajar de mochilero para cuidar el presupuesto en viajes tan largos como estos, que pueden durar meses o años.

Ahora estamos en Santiago, Chile.

Creo que establecer una comunidad basada en la confianza, generosidad y ganas de conocer es una idea genial. Sacando el dinero de la ecuación solo queda lo que realmente somos.

🇬🇧 I have traveled part of Latinamerica with my girlfriend. We wanted to involve with its inhabitants in a closer way. Couchsurfing has been an amazingly useful tool for this purpose! It has allowed us to meet and share with people in a deep way. Moreover, is an excellent way to travel as a backpacker where you need to be careful with your budget in travels that can last months or even years.

We are now at Santiago, Chile.

I believe that establishing a community based on trust, generosity and willing to know each others is a great idea. When you take out the money from the equation, everything that remains is what we truly are.
