Overview
About Me
I grew up in México, in Guadalajara, the second biggest town of the country, where I studied chemical engineering at the UDG and also where my father, mother and big brother live. At the moment I'm studying a specialty of green chemistry in Toulouse, at the ENSIACET.
Since I was a kid, I had constant contact with nature and green places; my father always took me to camping in the woods or in the beach, to do sports such as mountain bike or hiking and running no matter where.
I like to take a long walk (there's something good about putting one feet in front of the other), ride a bike so fast the wind wont let you see the road, eat grapes one by one, swim at the sea until people become tiny as ants, dance to the rhythm of a song, have a beer with friends, give a hug to someone I love, turn the pages of a book, get the skin red or brown of being under the sunlight too long, meet someone or learn something new. There are so many things in the daily life to be glad of!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The best way to experience a new culture, city, town, is to get direct contact with the locals. Sometimes we forget when we travel, that not everything is in the monuments, places of interest, etc. but in people too!

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't think I have a favorite book; they've all shared me a little something in a certain moment of my life: I remember the first book I received as gift from my father, Momo, that somehow got me into novels; the books I cherish and make me dream of adventures, some of them written by Dumas and Verne; books that made me laugh so much, like Don Quijote or The Canterville Ghost; stories about love... I guess same goes for music and movies, I care for all kinds of them (some a lot more than others) as long as they make me feel.
What I Can Share with Hosts
At least a little bit of myself, my culture, my dreams, stories, laughs, bad words in other languages (especially spanish), and of course my attention to hear about yourself!
