ABOUT ME

Architect and Graduated in Fine Arts. I am currently preparing my PhD thesis while collaborating in teaching at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. My vocation as a teacher, artist and researcher is complemented by the direction of my study of architecture, design and restoration /www.estudionatura.es/ specialized in building custom wooden houses, which seek to provide attractive, healthy and natural spaces.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to host people at my house in Tenerife and my flat in Madrid. I will try to actualize my profile explaining when I will be in each place.

Intereses

Currently I am participating in the creation of two new enterprises; the social book publisher Le Petit /www.lepetit.es/ that seeks to open new professional doors for handicapped people and, as a pusher member, I am responsible for driving the collaborative spaces and interior design area of the social business incubator: Iniciativa HUB Canarias as part of the international net /www.the-hub.net/ where I want to blaze new trails, crossing borders, unite wills, to help, grow and develop to form an enlightened society, economically balanced life, in harmony with our neighbors, our history and environment.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Last year 2011 I have traveled from Chicago to New York with a group of architects and we have the great privilege of interviewing the historic architect Robert Venturi at his studio in Philadelphia, amazing person, full of energy and passion... Four years ago I have been involved in the urban design for the New Supercity for Ecotourism “Saemangeum” in South Korea giving me the chance to visit the country and enjoy their culture...Other of my great memories is when I was in Czech Republic working for one week with one of my professors at the Academy of Antwerp in Belgium. We went to the region of Boheme, where the famous factories of glass, and design a serie of sculptures that only can be made by this experienced masters of hand blown glass.
