Overview
About Me
Graduated at the beginning of the year and currently involved in a short scientific research. I think I've had enough of the normal life and I expect to travel and find some answers regarding who I am.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I met a group of couchsurfers while partying at Kamo river in Kyoto. At that time I wanted to get involved but didn't have enough time. I would like to get fully involved now! first as traveler and when I settle down as a host. Also, I have a couple of friends from my previous trips, and I find that having a piece of you somewhere else enriches your life experience by a huge amount. I would like to meet new people and make friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: list goes long here... I like movies with plot twists (Guy Ritchie), classics of cinema (Orson Welles, Ford Coppola), westerns (Leone), Japanese cinema (Kurosawa)....well almost everything that there is to see.
I like movies that focus into the plot and character development, rather than ones that rely heavily on CGI and special effects, like "12 angry men". Anyways, I do enjoy the usual blockbusters!
Music: All kinds. very open to listen anything new.
Books: Herman Hesse, and anything that deals with existentialism. Loved Musashi (Eiji Yoshikawa) and 1Q84 (Murakami). Historical novels about the cold war era as well .
I love contemplating photography books! specially those about animals and landscapes.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The one thing that right now makes me proud is making the decision of putting a stop to the routine and engage in a (upcoming) long trip :).
Teach, Learn, Share
DSLR photography basics (very basics, what I have learned by myself):
*Use of manual mode
*Digital edition in Photoshop and Lightroom.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am an amateur photographer, so portraits and landscape photography WILL BE a MUST during my trip. Help me to get better and gain a cool photo to brag with your family/friends :P. If you do know about photography, here you will have a willingly partner/student.
I am very fluent in English!!!, so I can teach/translate.
I play classic guitar and bass guitar...and yeah, I can sing a bit (do not expect pro, expect to share a nice moment screaming your lungs out).
I can definitely help with chores, and cooking (and I am very eager to learn about local cuisine).
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Czech Republic, Ecuador, England, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Poland
Countries I’ve Lived In
Australia, Chile, Japan
