ABOUT ME

First and foremost: I am currently in a period of my life in which I really enjoy how peaceful my house is and I want to keep it. Of course, if I have time we can go to drink something or walk around and so on, but if you are a really party animal, I am not your guy.

My name is Pablo, I'm a passionate artist. I have a degree in visual arts and currently doing a master's in art and visual culture

I started working as a photographer having done quite a few photography exhibitions earlier on my life before moving on to graphic design and working for a design studio for 9 years. Currently, I'm working as Professor for the National Institute of Fine Arts at the University of the Republic teaching computer games design and development, while also freelancing as a graphic designer on the side. My interests are now focused towards digital art, getting actively involved in interactive installations, video mapping and vjing, just to make it short.

My home is in Montevideo but my job as a Professor involves teaching from Monday to Thursday at Playa Hermosa, Piriapolis 100 kilometers away. The building is right next to the beach and you can see the ocean out of the window. The rest of the week, back in Montevideo.

I'm a very sporty person having practiced martial arts (Wu Shu) for thirteen years, going to the gym almost every single day and enjoy going out for a run, although I don't do it as much as I'd like to.

I really enjoy going out for a drink or having dinner with friends, go to art exhibitions, museums and art centers, etc. I'm passionate about music, always looking for some obscure new band to listen to, and I'm also an avid reader, with so many books piled up I can't get to read them all, art books mainly.
