Overview
About Me
I am.
From Buenos Aires. Walker. Plant dad. Designer.
I think.
There’s beauty everywhere. You just need to allow yourself to see ir. (This sounds like cheap self help but it’s true).
Our biggest impact in this world is found on the people we meet and the relations we establish with them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet people from other walks of life. I feel so grateful to be able to understand the world (and myself) better through conversations with others.
Interests
Cities. I love to get lost of on them or revisit them long time after.
History. Anything but mostly 19th and 20th century. My fav podcasts are Revolutions and The End of Civilizations.
Education. I am a professor and coordinate an undergraduate program. I love understanding how people learn in different contexts.
Design. I am a designer by training and trade. I am intrigued by the future of my discipline.
Artificial Intelligence. I am fascinated by this topic. I write, share and reflect about it a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books
My music taste evolve with time but my preferred era is 2000’s indie rock. Classical “music was better when I was in my 20s stuff”.
My favorite book is The Power Broker, by Robert Caro. My most beloved author is Annie Ernaux and currently I am reading Cixin Liu.
The movie question always makes me nervous so I pass.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I’ve walked for 6 days over 150km in the Argentine pampas. I saw countryside-city transitions, napped in rural schools and had conversations with people I’d never would meet in my everyday life.
I am doing a longer version over two weeks in Belgium July 2025.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am super into chatting about history, politics and the state of the world. I’ll be curious and ask questions if you’re ok with that. I don’t mind sharing about my world if you ask.
I am really good shopping for groceries if you feel like sharing some cooking time together.
