Sleeping in winter in a swedish forest, crossing Albania with a vodka-smelling marshrutka driver, hitchhiking in the middle of the georgian Caucasus, begging for money to get a Mexico City metro ticket, kayaking into the Amazon rainforest, taking near sunset the not-touristic-at-all MetroRail in Johannesburg, crossing by foot into Kosovo. Things like these.
