Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To steer clear of comfort zones, make a friend in every city and every country, and to put ticks in as many boxes as possible.
ABOUT ME
I'm a seasoned short term traveller on my first long term trip. I'm laid back, enjoy a good conversation about, anything really. Love to meet new people and learn from their experiences.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe in making the most of situations, to act on opportunities and not let them pass you by. To Say and do, and to not just say. I think compassion often gets the better of me, and I would give life and limb for any of my mates.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've only just learned of CS from a friend before leaving Australia. I only wish I had've known about this earlier, otherwise my couch would have most definately been surfed. When I'm home, my couch is yours (Well it's yours to sleep on. You can't take it with you when you leave) I'm hoping to do some couch surfing soon.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love a wide variety of music, but Blues and Roots, Rock, Indie and others i can't catergorize. My favourite bands would be, The Living End, John Butler Trio, Xavier Rudd, Coldplay, Metallica, Pearl Jam, The beatles.
Moves: Comedy, Action, Action/Comedy, Comedy/Action. Love Anchorman, the new Star Trek Movie, Monty Python Movies.
Books: Just read Rudyard Kipling's Kim, which was a difficult read as it's in old english. I enjoy a good novel, but more recently I have been reading alot of non-fiction about some of the poorer places in the world and the great people that have been involved.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Trekked the Himalaya's, been to a warzone, been on a Humanitarian Mission and have visited some of the great wonders of the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
Don't judge a person on a basic national stereotype. This is so easily done. Get to know individuals, everyone is different no matter what country they're from, and if you still don't like the person, then judge them as an individual and move on. I think that we're all ambassadors for our respective countries, and even more so than our politicians and diplomatic officials.
Countries I’ve Visited
Egypt, France, India, Nepal, Singapore
Countries I’ve Lived In
Australia, Netherlands
