Couchsurfing is not only about traveling on a budget. It's about improving the travel experience of the people you host, by sharing your knowledge and experience from the place you live.
To realize that the person you're hosting, experiences an unique side of your city, off the beaten path, eating what you eat, doing what you usually do, and living like the locals use to live, is very rewarding.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Taking a snorkeling tour quite drunk, with a crazy local boat driver, who later I found out was a smuggler hidding from the police.

Climbing up to Machu Pichu Mountain during what I call, "the rainiest day in Machu Pichu".

Teach, Learn, Share

Currently I work on a Resort in Riviera Maya, as part of my daily activities I teach Spanish to the guests. I'm fluent in English and getting fluent in French, so I can teach Spanish to both English or French speakers.

I've also studied a bit of Mexican History, so I can explain you guys about the main historical facts, battles and also some conspiracy theories.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can take them all around Veracruz state, show them new places, local food and clubs, take them to places that not all the people knows. Now I can also show them all the Riviera Maya, since I've been working here for almost a year.
