ABOUT ME

As Hank Williams sang, I could settle down and be doing just fine, until I hear an old freight rolling down the line. Happiness to me is a wide open road and my little truck rumbling down it. I'm from Napa, California, and I've had the good fortune to see a bit of the world and a whole lot of my own country too. I'm a night owl, a reader, a music lover, and an everday philosopher. I relish simple actions that defy the ordinary.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm indebted to the CS community after a number of memorable surfing experiences. Looking to return the favors, now that I've got a place of my own. I love seeing technology work to bring people together face to face, promoting living networks from the digital ones.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Awesome experiences in Florida and Canada. I even was able to play host in California to one of my Canadian hosts from years earlier.

Intereses

I love building and fixing things with my hands. I build pieces of furniture, take things apart, work on my truck, fix up my house and try to understand the world that surrounds me every opportunity I get. I love music, particularly soul and blues. I also love playing basketball, riding my bicycle, and water of every sort, be it ocean, lake, pool or hot tub. I'm awful happy when I'm on the move.
