Overview
About Me
I come from a very small town in Quebec with lots of farms. It was nice but I really am a city person. That is probably why I've lived in Montreal for the past 14 years.
I have been a student for way too long. I can't help it, that is what I like to do. I just want to keep learning and discovering new things! I'm currently working on a Ph. D. in political science on animal liberation.
The rest of the time, I work at many different places (fruits/vegetables/plants/flowers market, teaching assistant, research assistant...) at the same time to pay the bills and my next trip.
If there is time left, I go out with some friends and try to discover new weird restaurants and pubs.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I use Couchsurfing because there is more to traveling that going somewhere, it is also about meeting people. I've met amazing individuals using this website.
I would also like to point out that CS is not free accommodation. It is about sharing and helping each other. Please do not send a request if you plan on being on your own the whole time.
Interests
I like to talk about politics (any politics), the environment, veganism (I'm vegan), history, books, other cultures or anything else, as long as it is interesting and it is done in a respectful way.
I obviously love to travel.
I'm also a huge fan of bikes. It just sad that we have so much snow in winter here.
I like to try as many kind of beers as possible. That is why I love to show people all the nice little pubs in Montreal that brew their own beer.

Music, Movies, and Books
Le seul et unique Jacques Brel.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Having a beer in pub that is under a railroad in Wrocław. Every 10 minutes, the whole pub shakes. It was great.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach a lot of about the history and culture of Quebec as well as of Montreal.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook some pretty good vegan food and I can also probably fix your computer. ;-)
