ABOUT ME

I am in my second year of college, and I am currently studying abroad in France. Being in France is one of my long time life dreams come true, and I am beyond grateful to be doing it. I love learning new things, particularly anything historic! I consider myself to be a silly person, I love to laugh and have fun. On the same token, I am also quiet and maybe a bit introverted for the most part. Reading is absolutely one of my favorite pass times, Jane Austen is one my favorites. Cooking and eating are probably two of my things in the world- I enjoy trying new foods (except organs) and I think that meal times are the most important time of day. While I do enjoy a good meal, I also love running. think its a great way to clear my mind and keep my body healthy. I fancy myself to be a world traveler, but I am in the early stages of that endeavor.

PHILOSOPHY

My personal philosophy is to love. Love the people you encounter in this life, love your God (whoever that may be), love what you do, love the Earth, and love whatever else comes your way. I think that passion is the only thing that gets us through life, and without love, we would be hollow and empty.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music. There are few things I straight up dislike. Iron and Wine probably takes the cake for being my favorite.

I have to admit it- Titanic is my favorite movie. I am a big fan of Eat Pray Love, Atonement, Pride and Prejudice, Away we Go, 500 days of Summer, and many others. I like everything from sappy Rom-Coms to some Indys off the beaten path.

I love Jane Austen, along with most Brit lit. I love reading memoirs, The Glass Castle was one of my recent favorites.
