I'm maniac with wild plants and foraging, and I find lovely to share what I know, end even more appealing to learn what you know about the green that sorrounds us.
One new, huge passion that I've been cultivating recently is the one for wild fermentations. I love to experiment , create and blend wild sodas and drinks, and willing to learn and teach anything about culinary arts and culture.
