Hey Couchsurfers!

I'm a Canadian who just came back from teaching high school English in Japan. I'm pretty easy going, and love trying new things. I'm big on travelling, hence the CS account. I used to be a competitive swimmer, and like to keep active. I would love to meet some people that share my interests.

The best way to get to know a place is to get to know the people who live there, and CS is in my opinion the best gateway into this.

People always have an interesting story to tell, and the more people I meet, the more stories I'll get to hear. I love sharing my culture and learning about others, and what better way to facilitate the culture swap than to share some space!

Interests

I graduated with a degree in biology (minor in psychology), and I enjoy a good chat about music, movies, and philosophy. I'm into photography, and can promise lots of cool pictures and drawings if you let me crash on your couch. My favourite past times are checking out independent restaurants, going to local gigs, and playing sports. I like volleyball, swimming, and Ultimate. Lately I've been into bouldering as well!
