I'm a yoga teacher and massage therapist, photographer, traveler, writer, adventurer, lover of the outdoors and citizen of the world. I'm a wonderer and a wanderer.

Walt Whitman said it best, "Be curious, not judgmental."

Interests

I'm a huge nature lover! I want to be outside all of the time. Hiking, running, yoga and rock climbing to name a few of my favorites.

I take pictures of everything, love to read and talk about art, history and human existence. But in the end, nothing beats a solid meal and a great glass of wine.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming with sea turtles in the Virgin Islands.
Laying in awe in front of the Haiga Sofia for hours.
Having an epiphany at the bottom of the Grand Canyon.

I'm a huge nature lover- I want to be outside all of the time. Hiking, running, yoga and rock climbing to name a few of my favorites. I like getting to know different people, working with my hands and being outside.

I enjoy meditating and bringing positive energy to everything I do. I would love to share this way of living with you.
