Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to get the most out of my time overseas, and since I'm travelling alone I think the best way to experience local culture will be to stay with a local.

Interests

I enjoy being outdoors, and love to hike, go to the beach, snowboard and run. I like to have a good time, and have big nights out.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite book is one I recently finished; Wild by Cheryl Strayed. It makes me want to spend time alone in the wilderness. The movie is pretty good too.
My music taste shifts all the time and at the moment I'm getting really into electronic music and listening to a lot of stuff by Flight Facilities and Kygo.
My favourite movie is for sure the Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled to Tanzania and climbed Mt Kilimanjaro. It was an amazing experience and I hope to climb more mountains in the future.
Also, I think moving overseas by myself at eighteen is pretty amazing.
