ABOUT ME

Social, tranquila, amante de la música y de los lugares nuevos. Soy psicóloga y coach en mindfulness y continúo especializándome en terapias de tercera ola. Me encanta la música en vivo y poder disfrutarlo en diferentes lugares del mundo. Me gusta leer, ver películas, bailar, caminar y caminar y conocer diferentes lugares pero no sólo como puntos turísticos, sino llegar a conocer la forma de vida de la gente. Me gusta conocer gente que piense distinto.

Social, quiet, easy going. I love music and going to new places. I´m a psychotherapist and a mindfulness coach, specialized in third wave therapies.
I´m also very interested in music, particularly in live music, and i would love to experience it in differents countries. I love reading, watching movies, going to places with live music shows, dancing, walking and walking, and knowing new places not only in a tourist way, but also getting to know its own way of living. I like meeting open minded people.

PHILOSOPHY

Vivir y dejar vivir, aceptar diferentes visiones y formas de vida. Cada uno tiene su forma de alcanzar la felicidad, y creo en eso, siempre y cuando no lastime ni sea ciego a la felicidad de los demás. Creo que todos tenemos algo para dar que sirva para la felicidad de otro. Evitar el egoísmo y el orgullo y mantenerse simple para no perderse de las pequeñas cosas, que casi siempre son las mejores.

Live and let live, accepting that there are differents points of view and ways of living. I believe that each one of us has its own ways to reach happiness, as long as it´s not blind to others happiness and doesn´t hurt anyone. I think we all have something to give that can make another person happy. Avoid selfishnes and pride and keep it simple so i don´t miss little things about life, couse most of the time those are the best ones.
