About Me
Freedom is the one thing I care for the most in my life. I enjoy traveling on low budget - hitchhiking, sleeping anywhere in nature on the way. I live on a sailboat as it is a way to be in nature and yet save on the rent. I like breaking concepts and finding ways to do things differently.
My dream is to share my sailboat with artists and travel around the world one day.
I'm into Eastern philosophies and meditation methods. It's nice to live in an environment that gives you freedom, but it's even more important to find the freedom within yourself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
CouchSurfing is still a great way to meet idealists, although it is not what it used to be.
In June 2020, the for profit CouchSurfing even dared to delete the group: "We are upset that CS has become a for-profit corporation" that existed for about 10 years and had almost 4k members. I've been part of CS since 2004, those days everything was built by enormous efforts of volunteers and the project was a symbol of idealism and freedom (in contrast with Hospitality Club that was well established at that time, but was controlled and brutally censured by its all mighty creator). Once everything was built, a group of co-founders of CS (not the founder himself) took over power over the project and made it for their profit and the quality of CS has been gone down since then.
