About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Travel solo around the world, spend my winters on warm beaches and my summers in the mountains :)
ABOUT ME
I'm a software developer, I work remotely & try to maximize my travel in the process!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
When I go to a new place I always try to meet people there, but it's not always possible, in all places. That's what brings me to couchsurfing. I love slow travel, and so I really like understanding how people live in a particular place/city. Every city I've been to has been different, the people, the foods, the activities; and I feel like there's no better way to ideas of what to do than couchsurfing!
Interests
I like to obsess over a few things at a time; currently that's ancient history & the interactions of various civilizations from 3rd century BCE onwards! On a related note, I'm also very interested in linguistics/etymology!
I've been a lifelong fan of computer history, having gotten our first family computer at age 6, when I got totally hooked. Working on computers as a job is dream come true.
