My name is Palina. I'm 24. I live in Belarus Minsk, work in a pharmacy. When I started working, turned out that studying was much more interesting. Anyway I like helping people and sharing my knowledge about medication. Not a surprise I like travelling, meeting new people. I believe in universe and visualisation, I believe that obstacles are the detours in the right direction ( the words are not mine, but yes it works!).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used to be a part of an AIESEC team in Belarus, organization that manages exchanges for students and university graduates and also much more, so I got an account here in order to find hosts in Minsk for the incoming volunteers. Now I use it to find hosts for myself in other countries.
Best way to get to know new place and culture is hanging out with locals ;)

Interests

Well.. I like studying languages, right now it's Italian, I think native language of the country you want to explore can help you understand people living there better and deeper. I love cooking and eating(especially in a good company!). I love italian cuisine! I love fashion, can spend hours shopping and enjoy helping my friends to find things they need. I enjoy watching interesting beautiful films. There was a period in my life when I could watch 3 films a day..Now I don't do that anymore, prefer more real life..but still a good movie is a great pleasure. As well as a good book! I enjoy reading, in the beginning may be tough but once you've reached 50-100 page it goes quick. Not so long ago fell in love with theater. Didn't get it when I was younger, but now, little by little explore this world and admire those who act on the stage so good. I think an actor is a very interesting profession, you can try different roles and experience someone's life.
