About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I'm currently in the process of hopping between work and travel. I work just long enough to make enough money to support me on my next adventure. I am trying to embrace my freedom and youth to study the world.
ABOUT ME
I like to think of myself as adventurous and free-spirited. I like the outdoors but I also sometimes like the indoors, like when its raining. I'm ginger (though not as much as I used to be when I was growing up), and I can handle ginger jokes and usually can even appreciate their humour. I spell humour with a "u" after the "o" because I'm not American and even though my internet browser suggests it's a spelling error I will not change it.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life trying to experience something new at every opportunity. If ever there is something that I haven't done or seen before I will go out of my way to try and do/see it.
I also believe that we should do nice things for people, even if nobody is watching.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I will gladly assist you in helping out with your chores around the house and will always clean up after myself so that when I leave the only thing that will remain will be the memories.
I am also proudly South African and will be glad to share with you my experience of life in Africa and my perceptions of the wonderful yet turbulent continent.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I spent 3 months on a bicycle tour cycling from West Coast USA to East Coast USA and along the way stayed with many couch surfing hosts who were always so great and hospitable. It was so nice to get a roof over our heads and sometimes even a shower and some tv time.
Interests
I like music, mostly chilled music but I can usually appreciate almost anything. I enjoyed riding my bike across the USA and still try to ride here at home now that I'm back. I like photography. I like animals.
