I'm an outgoing person and enjoy meeting new people from different cultures.
I have two wonderful daughters (born in 1994 and 1996).

Professionally I run my own radio/podcasting production company and will travel the world (alone) as a digital nomad for at least 10-15 years. I started my journey in July 2016, and I plan to visit every single country in the world - but that might take longer.

So far (May 2024), I've been to 120 UN Nations and 48 US States.

I produce podcasts, voiceovers, and other sound designs.
I document my journey in a travel podcast called The Radio Vagabond. It's with a lot of recordings on-location with conversations with the locals and sounds in the background. Think "Parts Unknown" as a podcast.

I'm also a public speaker, blogger, YouTuber and author.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have sold my house, car, furniture and most of my other belongings and am now a non-stop traveller. .

When I still had my house, I had the pleasure of hosting some wonderful people. I'm mainly on Couchsurfing to meet new people – to get the authentic local feeling of a new place.

You will often see me with a microphone – and I might ask you for a few words for my travel podcast (The Radio Vagabond).
