About Me

Hi everyone! I'm a very new member in this community, though I'm very exited to start a whole new experience. I didn't have much time to travel in the past three years due to work and studies, but I'm looking forward to travel a lot by now, as long as I can :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm not fond of these kind of trips in which you just arrive, meet the "must-see" places and leave. I'm the type who prefers to walk without a path and gets lost in town, discovering new spots by chance. I'd love to meet locals and exchange stories, advices, thoughts and meals. The best encounters are always set on a table!

If you want to be my guest, please, explain in your request why you would find interesting staying with me and what could I learn from you as well. It's quite disappointing to get a copy-paste message. Couchsurfing is about another kind of philosophy ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm a cinema freak. I specially like experimental, political films, and asian cinema: Ingmar Bergman, Chris Marker, Michael Snow, Peter Watkins, Pedro Costa, Chantal Akerman, Naomi Kawase, Yasujiro Ozu, Hong Sang-soo, Jia Zhangke and so on

Music: Crystal Castles, Alt j, Interpol, The doors

Teach, Learn, Share

Curiosity makes me move. I'll be very pleased to hear about you and to know every single thing about your country/culture. Borders should be teared down by words.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Delicious Spanish/Catalan and Italian food! (I have roots from both countries). Trust me, I can cook really good "tortilla" and "carbonara"!
If you are interested in Mediterranian/South Europe culture I can also share some stories with you (I will try to talk about common people stories, though, the kind of things that are out of mass media speech). I'm open to talk about almost everything; specially politics, human rights, art and culture related topics...anything that would lead to a good conversation, eventually

Countries I’ve Visited

Andorra, France, Italy, Japan

Countries I’ve Lived In
