About Me
Hey :) What's up my name is Paloma.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am on couchsurfing because I love meeting new people in a new place. When I first moved to Germany, couch surfing people were my first good friends. It was so nice to be welcomed into a new place by friendly people. It was also nice to get to know the city with people that had been living there for a while. Couch surfing has created an immersive and welcoming environment for when I travel and I keep doing it for that reason. I still keep in touch with many friends from couch surfing today.
Interests
I love hearing stories about what people are passionate about. I love having conversations over tea, coffee, and cake. Honestly, I'm pretty easy going and enjoy good company.

Music, Movies, and Books
John Steinbeck was my favorite author for a while. But I think my current favorite book is Kindred, by Octavia Butler. I love the Lord of the Rings movies, hahah, classic. I like dramas and horrors... And my music taste shifts from listening to a lot of sad girl songs, to techno, to stuff I shake my booty to in the club.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I helped write a children's book! It's called Looking for Marla :]
