Hmmm, I am a travel bug who is constricted by having a traditional US 9-5 job. I grew up in the DC area, went to university here as well, and still love the area.

Trying to do some more travel in the US and we have terrible hostel options. Looking to stay with a local who can advise me of things to do off the tourist path.

Interessi

Anything I can cook, or ferment. I make my own beer, sauerkraut, jam, etc. Love spending time in the kitchen cooking for myself, but I especially like cooking for friends and family. A night in with good food and board games is as enjoyable to me as a crazy night on a pub crawl in a foreign city. When possible, I live to hike, scuba dive, run, bike, walk and eat my way thru a new city.

Musica, film e libri

I love music, and willing to listen to most anything. I have movie narcolepsy and it takes a few tries for me to make it thru typically. I am willing to read almost anything from non fiction to the most recent pop culture trashy novel.
