About Me

My dear fellow Couchsurfers !

I'm Pamela, a 26 years-old Polish-Italian ex Londoner living currently in Milan. Long story. I can't get enough of moving around. I guess I'm a sort of a nomad. I have moved here in February and I am currently looking for a ventilator to survive the Italian heat in my flat, which is located on the 6th floor. Apart from that, I am taking the opportunity to explore the city and the surroundings (Lake Como, Lugano etc).

My past three years have been quite a rollercoaster as I have lived in London, Madrid and Rome before moving to the North of Italy.

I have recently moved to Milan after an intense 24 months of moving across Europe (London, Rome, Madrid, London- again , and Milan). I have just started working as a data scientist/digital marketing analyst. Although I currently lead quite a stable, monday-to-friday office life (just for now and working to become fully remote), I continue my unstoppable obsession with travelling.

Me and my mates from uni hosted surfers on our cosy couch in London back in the days and I am planning to share my place in Milan with you guys as soon as I sort out my flat ! Hope to meet new people on my trips and manage to return the favour and show you around Milano :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Why am I here ?
Because I have a long-term experience with Couchsurfing across Europe. We hosted people in London, I travelled to Sweden and to Spain as a guest. Loved it each time as it allowed me to meet great people. Guess this is why we are all here !

Interests

In my spare time I love to go out, check latest Time Out tips or go to comedy clubs, gigs, theatre performances.

I love sports and used to practice competitive swimming. I have no time for that now and I really regret not doing anything more than a gym workout.

I'm good at languages, bilingual fluent in polish and italian...and english.
My french is intermediate and spanish is fluent only when I'm drunk.
I am now studying russian and I love it.
