Overview
About Me
I am Panagis ( you already know that though :P ) , I grew up in Athens ( capital of Greece), studied mechanical engineering in the university of Patras and know I am in my PhD in the same University and subject :) I love philosophical conversations, tango, engineering, rpgs, wargamming, good food, reading, running and driving . Hmm, are these ok ? :P
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For many reasons! I always wanted to see more places in the world, however, I think it would be much more interesting to know people that live in that place in order to guide you and show you the "best places" that someone can go and simultaneously see how people live there from the inside ;)
Also, by having guests and knowing people around the world inside you house can do pretty much the same ;)
Interests
Tango: I teach in the students' group of the University of Patras and I constantly go to the milongas of Patras. I would also like to dance in other countries and milongas, around the world!
I like good food (not necessarily expensive) and I would like to taste new things
I enjoy sports, book reading, site-seeing, rpg games, conversations and fun !

Music, Movies, and Books
Really a jack of all trades, I enjoy almost all kinds of music , depending on my mood. But if I have to choose, I would say: folk, jazz, rock, metal and tango of course.
The same goes with movies and here I would say: The Unbearable Lightness of being, Elles, The Hours, Her, Lord of the Rings Trilogy
Teach, Learn, Share
I learn , teach and share Tango-knowledge at the moment
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can guide them in Patras , whatever it is that they want to do: I know this city really well as a student here for 7 years ;)
I know the best places:
for food
Tango
Nightlife
for drink
places of natural beauty
