ABOUT ME

I am a combination of someone both down to earth and a dreamer living with fantasy. I spent most of my childhood in a deep forest, without any neighbors nearby. For a long time I didn't understand why the heck I would need to play with other kids, I had wonderful siblings and that was enough. School was bit of a trauma for me as I never understood the need of doing something that I didn't want to. I got smarter with time and mastered pretending I am doing what is expected from me and having my own ball that is well hidden from reality. I do invite others to that ball, quite often.

PHILOSOPHY

I don't understand hate and violence. It hurts me probably more than it should. I am a strong person and I have deep need of taking care of everybody who might need it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a lot of people, mostly "friends of friends" but I don't mind total strangers as well. I wrote my bachelor thesis on CS.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teach, Learn, Share

Speak Polish and English and enjoy both, I love to cook for people, know many vegetarian dishes, I am good talker, listener and travel company. I like to upcycle old clothes and make some simple DIY. Once we are friends I will surely make something for you.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Cooking traditional Polish food, cooking vegetarian stuff, basically turning whatever and cheap products into good food (I get bit stressed with fancy ones, I am better in "something out of nothing"), recommending good movies/books/music/places, good conversations, good silence, helping to clean/organize something/paint a room/ create a handmade gift...I like to help, taking care of kids, teaching kids (was doing it for over 2 years), playing games, singing, cheering you up, making you melancholic (if that's what you need), sharing stories, analyzing society, analyzing statistics, over-analyzing life, teaching you something in Polish/English/made up languages... I am much better at giving then at taking :)
