Overview
About Me
I was born and raised in Hungary but in the meantime I lived in Vilnius, Lithuania, and worked as a volunteer in Granada, Spain, as well. Traveling is my passion, I’ve visited 39 countries so far.
I’m based in Budapest, Hungary, however according to my friends I spend more time in the air than on land😅
I studied Social Studies and International Relations, specialised for Cultural Diplomacy during my masters.
I work as a project manager, trainer and coach for NGOs in international youth educational projects. I organise, train and experience. Apparently, I do my dream job at the moment :)
I’m passionate about traveling, food and inspirational people.
A few years ago I started to learn lindy hop and I’m often up for a great lindy social💃🏻
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I do enjoy getting to know new interesting, inspiring people, enjoy a city with locals or enjoy my city with travelers. I always learn a lot from these people, get to know more perspectives that shape my life.
I travel quite a lot but at the beginning the motivation was different. I just wanted to discover new places, get to know people from different cultures, typical, isn't it? :)
Now my biggest motivation is learning. I enjoy speaking with locals, understanding their background, opinions and by this they create a view of our world in my mind, they bring closer continents, cultures, traditions.
People who I've hosted or who've hosted me inspired me with their own experiences and taught me that everything is possible :)
Interests
I used to folk dance for 16 years and singing was always part of my life. Atm I dance lindy hop and sing in a show choir. #teamsoprano
I love deep talks, good/sarcastic humor or sharing views on politics.
Volunteering is an important part of my life. I used to work with kids and youth.
I really enjoy the vibes of surfing communities, however I’m very bad at surfing unfortunately🏄🏻♀️
I’m definitely not interested in dating via Couchsurfing.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One important thing what I've done and I will never forget: I saved a boy's life in the sea.
What I Can Share with Hosts
