Hi all!!
This is Paola, born and raised in South America. Later, I moved to the U.S. to live in South Florida. Now, I have been living in Madrid, Spain for a couple of years.

A bit about me, probably the most important aspect of my life, I love traveling and experiencing new cultures and languages as well as meeting international people that are willing to share a little bit about their origins and culture. I am very interested in international relations and politics and I am currently pursuing a master in Geopolitics. For the last three years, I have been working in the field of bilingual education and learning.
I am very curious about the world and life in general and enjoy learning new things that can add value to my life...

Considering that I am new to the CS community, I am willing to host like-minded individuals that share a sense of multiculturalism and just curiosity about other cultures and overall, the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The main reason why I joined couchsurfing is because I was moving to Berlin over the summer and it was my first time moving to a city that I have never been, where I literally did not know anyone. I have travelled quite a lot and lived in different places and I have always met interesting people that have used CS and had nothing, but great experiences to share.

I do not have a particular favorite, I enjoy all different types of music with the exception of heavy metal and anything related to this genre.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Not sure how amazing it is, but life-changing for sure. Hiking the biblical Mount Sinai and doing a yoga session at the top to the sounds of a Nepalese flute.
