Hi! I am Paola. I was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil but I am currently living in Weingarten, Germany as an Au pair where I live with a German family. I love travelling and meet new people, I think everyone has a good story to tell, we just need a couple of beers :) I love cycling, hiking and explore lots of place that I do not know (and I always get lost). I am always learning new languages, so I would love to learn a few words from your native language.

I am open-minded and young traveller. I think the world is too big to stay always in the same place. Let's share our experiences and learn from each other.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To make memories, to meet people from all over the world and learning about other cultures. I want to do a lot of things for the first time, say bye to my routine for a few days and when I come back to my place having good stories to tell.
I want to see places with my own eyes that I saw only on tv. Try new adventures, tastes, experiences.

I like music in general but specially folk songs, my favorite movie is the secret life of Walter Mitty. Right now I am finally watching Game of Thrones, let's see if it's good as everyone says :) and my favorite serie is Outlander, the best serie ever!

I've worked in an organic garden that provided food for Kindergarten around, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Then I can share a few tips with you about organic foods. Travel tips.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Funny stories, we can pratice portuguese if you want and maybe spanish. We can talk about everything and I can also give you some tips if want to go to Brazil and enjoy the Carnival in Rio de Janeiro! I can teach you how to make Caipirinha (a very good drink with cachaça) and typical brazilian beans.
