Hi everybody!

It's Paolo, 31, italian. I recently got back to Europe after 3 years travelling in Asia and Australia and am now looking to spend the summer in southern Spain and Portugal, where the sun hits more than here in Belgium.

I have a background in winemaking and viticulture but I have done different jobs along the way, from sales to hospitality to farm work among others. I'm more than happy to exit my comfort zone and learn new skills.

I'd like to learn Portuguese and improve Spanish, dig into eco-construction, permaculture, animal farming, alternative energies, yoga and massage techniques (but not limited to..).

I've seen a lot of amazing landscapes and monuments everywhere I've been, BUT the best part of a travel is always the people you meet along the road, ain't it?! :)

One month of life amongst the Berber people in Morocco; trekking in the amazing landscapes of Burma; travelling on the transsiberian train from Moscow to Beijing; sailing the Mediterranean Sea for 3 days; parachute- jumping from 4000 m; 6 months of Erasmus in Montpellier (France); feeding a baby elephant in a rescue camp in Laos or simply enjoying Venice at sunset...
