About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Stay healthy, and continue to follow my heart to create my own unique journey through life.

ABOUT ME

Hi my name's Paul! I have a background in Aerospace engineering and health/fitness. I love meeting new people and traveling, so if I don't know you yet, please introduce yourself :)

PHILOSOPHY

Live life to the fullest, don't leave yourself full of regret. I truly believe that you can achieve anything that you set your mind to, as long as you REALLY want it 100% with both your mind and heart...and that's the last thing...Follow your Heart!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

You only live once. I don't want to live with any regrets, and that means traveling the world sooner rather than later. Traveling the world and meeting new international people has given me incredible perspective on life.

Interests

Family and Friends, Space Exploration, Traveling, Cooking & Food, Working out, Sleeping, Business/Investing, Exploring Nature & the Outdoors, Laughing, Singing to music (car, shower, everywhere), Humming to myself because I have a song stuck in my head but don't really know the lyrics

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many to list! I listen to many different genres of music depending on my mood. I normally read non-fiction, autobiographies and “self-help” books because I love improving myself. Learning how to become a better human being.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been on several space analog missions training future astronauts for space exploration!

Teach, Learn, Share

Failures and struggle are two of the most important aspects of life. They teach us resilience, they show us where we can improve, and they give our character an opportunity to shine.

Gratitude is powerful. When you are focused on things in your life you are grateful for… there is no fear, sadness, hate, or jealousy. Only appreciate and love.

Maximizing my health is really important to me. So I may be able to teach you a thing or two that I’ve learned over the years, and I’m sure you can teach me something as well!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Passion for living, excitement for adventure, a good dose of optimism and a lot of laughs.

I also really enjoy deep conversation about life. Small talk is so boring :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican City State
